Tas excels at creating psychologically safe and culturally inclusive spaces, enabling opportunities for transformative dialogue and change. Combing a ‘human’ approach with the evidence base psychology is grounded within, Tas’ approach is rooted in authenticity, warmth and professionalism. Using a diverse range of techniques, she tailors her approach to individual, group and organisational needs, creating non-judgemental spaces for clients to freely express themselves, identify solutions and thrive.

Qualifications and Experience

Tas has a wide breath of experience in leadership coaching and organisational psychology.

She has coached at all levels of an organisation, from young people on apprenticeships through to senior leaders and founders of start-ups. In addition to 1-1 coaching, Tas has experience in group coaching and co-coaching/tripartite coaching sessions.

Clients include professional services companies such as EY and Linklaters; regulatory bodies including Ofcom; energy companies including National Grid; charities including NCVO; Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, CFA: a number of civil service, local council and public sector organisations including MOJ; higher education institutions as well as a number of private 1-1 coaching clients from numerous industries including the NHS, various charities, retail, the creative arts industries and more.
